About TRELISK

TRELISK is a China-based electric tricycle trading company with its own factory in Xuzhou. We supply cargo, pickup, passenger tricycles and parts, with 20+ years of export experience.

Order and Payment Terms

Payment Terms

We accept T/T, L/C, and other agreed methods. Standard terms: 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide under FOB/CIF/CFR/DDP. Typical lead time: 15-30 days after order and deposit, depending on quantity and customization.

We pack securely, provide tracking, and keep you updated.

Quality Assurance and Warranty

Warranty: 12 months for major components, 6 months for wear parts. Covers manufacturing defects.

We inspect at multiple stages and provide reports on request.

Intellectual Property

IP in our products, designs, and trademarks remains ours unless agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. No indirect or consequential damages.

Customers must use and maintain products properly and follow local regulations.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by PRC law. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, then CIETAC arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced; continued use means acceptance.
